This Privacy Policy describes how Weaver AI, Inc. (" we", " us", " our") collects, uses and discloses information about you when you use our website (noon.design), services, mobile and desktop applications, browser extensions, plugins, integrations, tools and features, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the " Services"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, " you" and " your" means you as the user of the Services.

• Payment information, such as bank account, credit or debit card information, and billing address, which we collect using a third party payment processor. We use this information to process your payment and provide the Services.
• Applicant details, such as information included in your resume, references, and job history. We use applicant details to process your application for employment and to evaluate your candidacy.
• User-content, such as code, design files, components, text, images, prompts or other content, created, posted, uploaded or submitted by you on the Services or shared with users you choose to collaborate with on the Services. Users you choose to collaborate with on the Services may view, comment on, and modify such content within the Services as part of their collaborative use of the Services. We cannot guarantee that other users will not copy, store, or further share your content with third parties outside the Services, and may or may not attribute it to you.
• Any information you choose to input into our AI-powered tools (" Input"), which we use to generate and output new information or content (" Output") as a part of the Services, including where such Outputs are generated by or received from third-party AI services providers with which our Services integrate or interface. We also use this information to improve and develop our Services.
• Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending a message through the Services or contact us directly via email. We may receive your name, email address, the contents of your message and attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

This information is collected and used to tailor your experience with the Services, provide you with offers or promotions, run analytics, better understand user interactions with the Services and improve the Services. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below information to request that it be deleted.
